Dr. Kimberly BesudenDr. Kimberly Besuden DC, CFMP has been a practicing Chiropractic Physician with over 30 years of experience in the health care field. She graduated from Purdue University with degrees in Education and Exercise Physiology. She worked as an educator as well as taught in the Orange County Public School system in the mid 80’s. She continued her passion for wellness by creating a personal training company called “Ultimate Fitness”. She then went on to complete her Chiropractic education and training at Life University in Marietta, GA in 1994 where she was awarded “Clinician of the Year” at graduation. Later that year, Dr. Besuden began her own practice, one in Winter Park, FL and the other in Eustis, Florida. She continues to practice in Eustis, FL to this day. As a prolific speaker at various national chiropractic events over the last three decades, Dr. Besuden is widely considered to be one of the leading educational & motivational speakers in the field and is a respected name in the world of functional healthcare. An entrepreneur to boot, she runs a successful business called The Health Factor as a Practice Coach for Healthcare Professionals looking for guidance and support. As an author and frequent radio guest and contributor to magazines, newsletters, and online journals she regularly shares insights, education and specific life and wellness tools with audiences from all over the world. When Dr. Besuden is not practicing, coaching or speaking, her passion is cycling. She is a 4 time Gold Medal National Champion in the Senior Games. Her dedication, motivation and drive shines through in everything she does both in practice and in her personal life.

Dr. Christina PadillaDr. Cristina Padilla Bravo, DC was born and raised in Puerto Rico where she completed her Bachelor’s in Biology at the University of Puerto Rico. In 2014, she graduated from New York Chiropractic College with a Doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine. In 2017, after relocating to Jacksonville FL and with the mission of serving women and children in NE Florida, Dr. Padilla founded Thrive Family Chiropractic, a house call practice, in order to provide direct, personalized chiropractic care to families, within the comfort of their home. Since then, the practice has evolved into a predominantly perinatal and pediatric practice with a special interest in postpartum recovery and infant care for conditions like tethered oral tissue (TOTs) and birth trauma. Dr. Padilla completed her certification as a Pediatric Chiropractor (CACCP) from the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association, as well as becoming Craniosacral trained in 2020, a BirthFit! Coach in 2021, and Spinning Babies certified in 2022. Most recently, in June 2023, she completed her 100-hr Acupuncture Certification and NBCE Acupuncture Boards. Dr. Padilla has served as a 3-time President of the River City BNI Chapter in Jacksonville, FL. She was appointed Board Member for the Sanctuary on 8th Street, a non-profit organization in NE Florida. Additionally, she has served on the board for the Women Chiropractors non-profit organization since 2021. In 2022, she co-found Femaled, a stock photo website for female healthcare providers focused on increasing cultural diversity and representation within healthcare marketing. In October of 2022, Dr. Padilla became a part-time clinician at Palmer Chiropractic College in Florida, where she leads a team of interns at an outreach facility inside a women’s rehabilitation center.

Dr. Ron CastellucciDr. Ron’s life-long mission is inspiring chiropractors to have more confidence when caring for babies. He is a national and international lecturer at chiropractic symposiums and teaches chiropractic care for children worldwide as an instructor for the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association. Dr. Castellucci teaches a unique analysis and adjusting system using gentle contacts while working with the natural biomechanics of an infant spine. Dr. Ron has developed Muscle Palpation techniques for the pediatric spine and designed an elegant spinal analysis tool known as the Touchpoint scan. In addition to his passion for chiropractic and teaching, Dr. Ron is actively involved serving his home community. Dr. Karen-Ann GordonDr. Karen-Ann Gordon DC, RDH is a chiropractic physician, dental hygienist, speaker, and educator. She holds a degrees from The University of West Indies in Mathematics, SUNY Farmingdale in Dental Hygiene, University of South Florida in Communication and Science Disorders and Keiser University College of Chiropractic in Chiropractic Medicine. She is one of the co-founders of SWIIFT Inc., a nonprofit organization that empowers women towards completing their educational and professional pursuits in healthcare. She is passionate about amalgamating her love for dentistry and chiropractic. Dr. Gordon’s philosophy focuses on educating patients, students and colleagues on temporomandibular joint conditions utilizing an integrative approach to achieve optimum health and wellness. He is President and CEO of the National Spine Management Group, LLC and Clinical Director of the Fellowship in Spinal Biomechanics and Trauma. Additionally, Dr. Owens is Adjunct Faculty in Family Medicine at the State University of New York at Buffalo Jacobs School of Medicine and Cleveland University Kansas City, College of Chiropractic. Dr. Eric LeeDr. Eric Lee is the Spine Management director at Summit Brain, Spine & Orthopedics, a Neurosurgical and Orthopedic surgical clinic in Utah, and has been in practice for 24 years. After graduating from Parker Chiropractic College in Dallas, Texas he completed three years of graduate training in musculoskeletal rehabilitation. He also completed graduate training in sports medicine, extremity function, spine MRI, spine trauma, spinal bio-mechanical engineering, through the State University of New York at Buffalo, School of Medicine, and Bio-mechanical Sciences. He completed his fellowship in Spinal Biomechanics and Trauma in 2019. Dr. Lee is currently player support for the PGA Tour, and has evaluated and treated several Professional, Olympic, College, and High School athletes. He specializes in looking at the minute root cause analysis of biomechanical problems in the spine and extremities. He is currently an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Clinical Sciences, Cleveland University – Kansas City, Chiropractic and Health Sciences. He is currently an instructor for the National Spine Management Group. Eric and wife Kristin have two daughters and have enjoyed living in Utah for over 23 years and enjoy being a part of the area and community.
